Section 1: Delivery Process

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition by the seller.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Section 2: Packaging of Items

Packaging of products is done by the seller very safely with utmost care and good quality standard packaging material.

Section 3: Tracking of Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Section 4: Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time of each product may be different for different product and country, and is mentioned in the website for every product. Please note that the mentioned delivery time is estimated and almost 99% of products deliver within estimated time provided shipping details are correct.

In rare case, if your order has gone past Estimated Delivery Time and your product has not arrived, please contact us via support email at [email protected].

While we are try our best to avoid any delay but as many of are international shipments some of the products may get delayed and therefore you are suggested to please wait for extra 20 days of maximum range of Estimated Delivery Time to file any complain to the third party payment services like credit card company, PayPal etc. Before filing any complain to third party payment service it is highly advised to contact VIVROSIA SUPPORT at [email protected].

However it is very unlikely but if at any case you do not get your order 20 days after maximum range of Estimated Delivery Time, you will get full refund at your PayPal/Bank account.

Section 5: Multiple Shipments Orders

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse/seller locations.
This is generally happens when you order more than one product and is very normal practice in online shopping.
